PPI Accreditation Submissions
& Requirements

Mandatory Requirements of Your Application

  • Select your perferred category, listed here
  • 10 JPEG images in SAME category in RGB color, not CMYK
  • Only digital images are allowed, NOT prints
  • Images should be either in colour or monochrome
  • Image size not less than 3500 pixels (wide) x 2330 pixels (high) in 300 dpi
  • Images should not be framed
  • Images must be named with two digits only: 01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.jpg to 10.jpg
  • Your name or any marks must not be visible in any digital image and must not be included in the file name
  • Statement of Intent (in .pdf or text format) in 50-200 words
  • Word count (must be within 200 words) must be included below the Statement of Intent
  • Your name and other markings must be excluded in the Statement of Intent
  • Your sequence plan should have a number of order under each photo, namely 01, 02, 03
  • Fill in the application form
  • Individual images should not be used in multiple submissions to different levels or categories, whether the images are accepted or failed.
  • Images will not to be returned
  • Once your portfolio is submitted, you are not allowed to make any changes of your portfolio

PPI Accreditation Submission Dates


Accreditation submissions are assessed four times each year, in March, June, September and December.
Deadlines of Submissions Assessment Dates

15th March, 2024 29-31st March, 2024
14th June, 2024 28-30th June, 2024
13th September, 2024 28-30th September, 2024
13th December, 2024 29-31st December, 2024
Your digital files must arrive 14 days prior to the assessment. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time.

CPP
Certified Professional Photographer

USD150 per category

CEP
Certified Excellent Photographer

USD190 per category

CMP
Certified Master Photographer

USD250 per category

The application fee can be settled by Paypal for all applicants. All fees are non-refundable.
You must ensure you pay us in USD, we don't accept other currencies. Your application will not be processed until you pay for an exact amount in USD.

  1. If you would like to apply for a higher level of accreditation (CEP.PPI and CMP.PPI), please feel free to contact us and send us your portfolio, you will need to be approved by our International Accreditation Review Board (IARB) first and please DO NOT settle any payment before confirmation.

  2. If you would like to apply for CEP.PPI, you need to first achieved CPP.PPI and if you would like to apply for the highest level CMP.PPI, you need to have achieved CPP.PPI and CEP.PPI. Please feel free to send us an email at info@ppintl.org to know more.
